### Lean and fast

Small team, short lines, no bureaucracy. Decisions happen in a day, not a quarter.

### Built to go global

Four regions today, ten-plus countries next. Every role touches international growth.

### AI-first by default

We use modern tooling to do more with less and move faster than much bigger companies.
