What size is the Custom Headband?

The headband is 7 cm / 2.75 in wide with a soft stretch construction. One size fits most adults comfortably, staying in place from warm-up to final stretch.

How many colors are available?

The headband comes in 20 standard colors. Want an exact Pantone match for your studio? We can do that too - just mention it when you request your mockup.

How is the logo applied?

Choose premium embroidery for a tactile, tonal finish, or a woven label for crisp detail. Both look beautiful against the soft cotton blend and hold up wash after wash.

What's the minimum order quantity?

100 units per design and per color. You pick one of the 20 colors per run; each extra color is its own minimum of 100.

Is the headband comfortable during a full Pilates class?

Yes. The cotton-elastane blend is breathable and sweat-wicking, with a gentle grip that keeps hair back without pinching or slipping.

Can I order headbands together with gripsocks and bags?
